If you will use the system continuously at a fixed location such as a store, showroom or experience center, buying can make sense; on average 5–6 rentals equal the purchase price. For a few events a year, renting is more practical, with a different activation each time and zero operational load.

04What happens if we run into an issue — how does technical support work?
We start with fast remote intervention; for hardware issues that can't be resolved remotely, we provide on-site technical support with priority service. We don't leave you on your own after the sale.
05Are software updates an extra cost?
No. Version updates released for the AI engine and admin panel continue to be provided free of charge after your purchase.
06Can we use the system across multiple events or locations?
Yes, the system you purchase is yours with an unlimited, perpetual usage right across any number of events and locations — there's no per-use fee or licensing restriction.
07How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
We provide a 12-month hardware warranty; manufacturing-related faults are repaired or parts replaced free of charge within this period.
