ABOUT THE SERVICEA Battle of Words: Prompt Battle
Prompt Battle is a creativity duel where participants compete through the prompts they give to AI — just as exciting to watch on stage as it is to play. Contestants receive the same theme; when the timer starts, everyone writes their own prompt, the AI turns them into images within seconds and the results appear side by side on a giant screen.
Head-to-Head Duels or Team Competition
The game can run as one-on-one matchups, a knockout tournament or a team competition. Short rounds let many participants take the stage, making it a great energizer at ideathons, hackathons and corporate events.
Jury or Audience Voting
The winner can be chosen by a jury on stage, or the audience can vote from their phones by scanning a QR code on screen. Votes and round results appear live, turning everyone in the room into part of the game.
Themes Tailored to Your Brand and Event
Battle themes are built around your event topic and brand world: "The bank of the future", "City life in 2035" or the story of your new product. The interface, countdown screens, scoreboard and result screens are designed in your corporate identity.
Safe Content for All Ages
Prompts and generated images pass through a content filter, so inappropriate content never reaches the screen. This makes the activity a comfortable fit for youth events, schools and universities.
A Shareable Keepsake
Images created during the battle can be sent to participants digitally via QR code or handed out as prints. At the end of the event, all artworks can be gathered in a shared digital gallery.

Scoreboard sign-up via QR
Players who want to appear on the optional scoreboard scan a QR code and fill in fields we define together, such as name, company and email, on a micro-site designed for your brand. The game can also be played without the form.

The form is shown with a privacy notice. Marketing consent is collected through a separate, optional opt-in that is never tied to content delivery. Only data that is necessary for the stated purpose is collected.

Follow incoming records live from your dedicated dashboard, filter them and download them as Excel/CSV. AI-generated statistics summarise how your event performed.
The Data-Capture module is activated only at the client's request and with their written approval. The client brand is the data controller for the personal data collected; MetasoftCo processes it solely on the client's instructions as a data processor. The final wording and approval of the privacy notice and consent texts remain the client's responsibility. Data is retained for 90 days by default, can be downloaded from the dashboard during that period and is deleted from our systems afterwards. A different period can be agreed in the contract.

Contestants receive the same theme and write prompts for the AI within a set time. The AI turns the prompts into images, the results appear side by side on a large screen and a jury or audience vote picks the winner.
02Do participants need AI experience?
No. Prompts can be written in everyday language and a short briefing at the start is enough. Even first-time participants get fun results in the first round.
03How is inappropriate content prevented?
Prompts and generated images pass through a content filter, so inappropriate content never reaches the screen. The activity is safe for youth and school events.
04Can it be played in teams?
Yes. It can run as one-on-one duels, a knockout tournament or a team competition, with team scores shown on a live scoreboard.
05How is Prompt Battle rental pricing determined?
Pricing depends on event duration, city and venue, number of devices and the scope of customisation. Our quotes are turnkey: transport, setup, technical crew and branded design are included. Share your event date and city and we will send you a clear quote.
06Can the system be used indoors and at trade shows?
Yes. It can be installed at any indoor venue, trade show stand or launch area with a standard 220V socket. We bring our own 5G connection, so no venue network is needed. The space required depends on the product and is confirmed when we quote.
07Do you offer brand customisation?
Yes. The game and screen interface and the kiosk wrap are designed for your brand.
08How long does setup take?
We set up the day before the event or 3–4 hours before doors open; each device takes about 30–40 minutes. At least 2 of our technicians stay on site throughout the event.
09Which cities do you serve?
We are based in İstanbul and work across Türkiye, with installations so far in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Antalya, Bodrum, Adana, Diyarbakır, Kocaeli, Sapanca and Çorum, among others. For events outside İstanbul, travel and accommodation are either included in the quote or arranged by your team.
