Smart delivery and lead form
Guests reach their digital content via QR code and land on a micro-site designed for your brand. They receive their content by filling in fields we define together, such as name, company and email.

The form is shown with a privacy notice. Marketing consent is collected through a separate, optional opt-in that is never tied to content delivery. Only data that is necessary for the stated purpose is collected.

Your dedicated client dashboard
Follow incoming records live from your dedicated dashboard, filter them and download them as Excel/CSV. AI-generated statistics summarise how your event performed.
The Data-Capture module is activated only at the client's request and with their written approval. The client brand is the data controller for the personal data collected; MetasoftCo processes it solely on the client's instructions as a data processor. The final wording and approval of the privacy notice and consent texts remain the client's responsibility. Data is retained for 90 days by default, can be downloaded from the dashboard during that period and is deleted from our systems afterwards. A different period can be agreed in the contract.

Pricing depends on event duration, city and venue, number of devices and the scope of customisation. Our quotes are turnkey: transport, setup, technical crew and branded design are included. Share your event date and city and we will send you a clear quote.
02Can the system be used indoors and at trade shows?
Yes. It can be installed at any indoor venue, trade show stand or launch area with a standard 220V socket. We bring our own 5G connection, so no venue network is needed. The space required depends on the product and is confirmed when we quote.
03Do you offer brand customisation?
Yes. The screen interface, photo and output designs and the kiosk wrap are all designed for your brand.
04How long does setup take?
We set up the day before the event or 3–4 hours before doors open; each device takes about 30–40 minutes. At least 2 of our technicians stay on site throughout the event.
05Which cities do you serve?
We are based in İstanbul and work across Türkiye, with installations so far in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Antalya, Bodrum, Adana, Diyarbakır, Kocaeli, Sapanca and Çorum, among others. For events outside İstanbul, travel and accommodation are either included in the quote or arranged by your team.

Yes. On request we add the Data-Capture module: guests reach their content via QR code and share details such as name, company and email on a micro-site designed for your brand. Records flow instantly into MetasoftCo's own CRM infrastructure and can be followed live from your dedicated dashboard.

The form is shown with a privacy notice, and marketing consent is collected through a separate, optional opt-in. The client brand is the data controller and MetasoftCo acts as a data processor on the client's instructions. Final approval of the texts rests with the client.
