At hotel events the day starts in the meeting room and ends at the gala. The activity should be chosen for the moment in the programme:

• Gala and cocktail: Mirror Booth (4 m², 60–80 guests per hour) suits full-length photos of guests in evening wear. 360 Video Booth (3 m², 40–50 guests per hour) produces the most shared videos of the night.
• Meeting breaks: Photobooth (2 m², 70–80 guests per hour) works through short coffee breaks without building a queue. Reflex Game and the Digital Gift Wheel create competition and movement among dealers.
• Themed nights: AI Photobooth transforms each guest's photo to match the theme of the night; one station serves 40–60 guests per hour.

Activations with printing include 750 prints in the package; the photo also reaches the phone by QR code. The frame, the screen interface and the kiosk wrap are prepared for your brand.

If some of your attendees come from abroad, our operators provide support in English, so your international dealers and partners can join in comfortably.

We install in ballrooms and foyers as well as in the hotel's outdoor areas. We only need one standard 220V socket from the venue; internet comes with our own 5G modems, so we do not depend on the hotel's network. Setup is done the day before the event or 3–4 hours before on the day, and takes 30–40 minutes per device. At least two of our technical staff are on site throughout the event.

Transport, setup, dismantling, technical staff and branded design are included in the price. The crew's travel and accommodation are added to the quote; if you or your agency are organising the event, we can fit accommodation into your plan.
