01What is the difference between a digital photobooth and a classic photobooth?
MetasoftCo digital photobooths offer AI background removal, instant social media sharing, brand customization, and analytics reporting. A classic photobooth only takes photos; a digital photobooth is a brand experience platform that reports participant data in a KVKK-compliant manner.
02How long does photobooth setup take?
We set up the day before the event or 3–4 hours before doors open; each device takes about 30–40 minutes. Transport, setup and teardown are included in the price.
03How are photos delivered to participants?
Options include QR code scanning at the kiosk screen or instant delivery by email. Direct Instagram or LinkedIn sharing can also be enabled upon request.
04Can I receive an analytics report after the event?
Yes. The real-time analytics panel reports attendance count, sharing rates, peak hours, and interaction durations. A PDF report is provided after the event. All data collection takes place with KVKK-compliant explicit consent.
05What types of events is a photobooth suitable for?
Product launches, trade show activations, corporate year-end parties, opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, technology conferences and retail activations are the main use cases.
06Can I rent a Mirror Booth in Istanbul?
Yes. MetasoftCo is an Istanbul-based agency and rents Mirror Booth systems for events across Turkey. It features a large touchscreen mirror display, hundreds of digital filters, instant printing, and QR-code digital sharing; setup and teardown are included. The interface and print frame are fully brand-customizable.
